Before you enquire
Website and flyer logo size refers to the agreed sponsor display area. Flyer inclusion applies to new suitable sponsor-bearing flyers after booking confirmation and artwork acceptance; earlier posts and ads are not changed retroactively.
Social content allocations are total pieces shared across Facebook and Instagram, not separate allocations per platform. Stage time is scheduled by agreement. The Platinum podcast includes one 20–30-minute interview and two short clips within six months of the event.
An enquiry does not reserve a package. Any category exclusivity must be agreed in writing. IOSA confirms availability, scope, artwork and the final sponsorship agreement before payment. No audience size, advertising reach or leads are guaranteed.

Does sponsorship include a stall?
No. Merchandiser and food vendor spaces are sold out. The sponsorship packages on this page focus on promotional benefits, not a physical stall.
What happens after I enquire?
IOSA will discuss your business, confirm availability and scope, and agree the sponsorship arrangements before payment. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a package.
Can I sponsor without choosing a package yet?
Yes. Select “Help me choose” in the enquiry form or contact Deepak to discuss what suits your business.
Is this a donation?
These packages provide commercial sponsorship benefits. They are not presented as charitable gifts or automatic donation receipts.
